Wine Diplomacy Project
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia, Teimuraz Lezhava, held another meeting within the framework of the Wine Diplomacy Project and presented Georgian wine - "Kundza Tetri" to the Vice Governor of Oita Prefecture, Ryuchiro Kuwata.
We would like to remind you that the project envisages the gift of wine made from specially selected Georgian grape varieties to 47 prefectures of Japan and aims to popularize the culture of Georgian winemaking in the regions of Japan.
Oita is the 33rd prefecture to which Georgian wine was presented within the framework of the project.
A Georgian student from a local university also attended the meeting.
