Wine Diplomacy Project
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia, Teimuraz Lezhava, held another meeting within the framework of the Wine Diplomacy Project and presented the Georgian wine "Sakmiela" to the Governor of Ehime Prefecture, Tokihiro Nakamura.
We would like to remind you that the project envisages the gift of wine made from specially selected Georgian grape varieties to 47 prefectures of Japan and aims to popularize the culture of Georgian winemaking in the regions of Japan.
Ehime is the 30th prefecture to which Georgian wine has been presented within the framework of the project.
